Our Elopement Coordination package includes everything from the initial consult until you are officially pronounced Mr. & Mrs.!

Our Day-of Coordination package typically begins 1-2 months before your wedding day.  


  • Timeline & logistics coordination  
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, friends, and family  (so you don't have to answer your phone on your wedding day!)  Assist with all setup and tear down  Coordinate and/or direct wedding rehearsal 
  • Deliver hotel welcome bags  
  • Behind-the-scenes help to make sure everything goes off without a hitch!

set-up (or tear-down) a breeze from start to finish!

 We'll work to create a perfect day-of timeline for you, your vendors, and your bridal party. We know logistics and timing can be frustrating, and we can help make it a breeze.

 Scouting Services
 We know your time is valuable and researching vendors can be a struggle. With so many options out there, how do you find the best ones for your event? Let us take over the search and narrow down the best options for your budget and taste. We'll even visit venues or meet with vendors on your behalf if your schedule is just not allowing it. We get it- life is busy. That's why we're here to help. 


 Seating Chart
 Ah, the dreaded seating chart. Never have we ever met a bride who enjoyed this step. If you're in over your head and need some help, we're glad to offer a hand. We'll use your guest list to create a fully functional seating chart that helps keep everyone happy, from your guests to your caterers.

 Planning Consultation
 Just engaged and not sure where to start? Just about wrapped up but want to make sure you've covered all of your bases? Want an extra opinion during vendor consultations? We're always available for a face-to-face chat to help answer any and all of your questions. This is often a great place to start if you're not ready to commit to hiring a wedding planning consultant, but want someone to walk you through the uncertainties. Zoom consultations are also available.
